Two chat windows after today update

Hello! Today i updated the steam client, and i opened two steam windows. How its possible? Maybe a bug?

I used only the client, not opened from the browser. One window has a tabbed chat, the other doesnt.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ same. and other than that. my recent games shows me the games i played a long time ago. like games from 2-3 months that i already finished. how to fix this? VALVE!!
