Steam gems badge

Hi I didn't get the steam gems badge. In order to get this badge you have to exchange an inventory item for gems but I didn't get the badge... Can you help me ?

Gems badge was discontinued

1st badge level is Gem maker is to break a item, such as trading card, emote, or background profile from your Inv, doesn't matter what it is as long you turn one item into gem that it.

Seem that 1st level badge Gem maker ended back in 2020 around Spet, or Oct.

2nd badge level is Auction Participant which is not possible to do as it was only given when do it during the event back in 2014.

3rd badge level is Auction Winner also not possible to do it was only during 2014 event.

I just broke something down into gems in September 2023 because I didn't realize that badge was discontinued.
