You are kinda out of luck if you don't even know the account name or the login email.

No, I remembered that I have a valuable skin on that account anyway, there is nothing to do, thanks for the help.

If you know the phone number linked to that account, you can try the recovery process to gain access to the account again. But if you don't have any way of identifying your account, it will probably be lost forever.

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a trusted/clean computer.

While waiting for support to return the account, figure out how you gave away the account log in (if you haven't already done so). All 3rd party sites are USE AT OWN RISK.

this might help, but as cento said, you will have to be able to provide something for them to do anything.
