GTA IV game saving faild

Hello, I've purchased this game along time ago, I wanted to play it a few days ago and I can't save games + I'm getting an error at the game launch, I've tried everything on the internet, nothing seemed to work, I have windows 11 and the errors I'm getting are

'GAMES FOR WINDOWS - LIVE SAVE DATA' - 'We could not find any existing games for windows-live save data for Grand theft auto IV'

and in game I get the error of 'Save game failed, please try again'

I didn't even play it once since purchasing it, I will be happy to get help I will provide screenshots if needed, thanks in advance

im not sure, you migth want to dl game install rockstar online client then add key, and then DL it digital. because mine is a DL digital version now, through its online client

box version /old media issue.
thats will not fix Gfw then MS have shutdown that pc client, and thats dont explan cant save thats own security app that doing that, so you have 3 problems there all gone in the online DL digital version, rest is win11 issue i think, or should i say ask rockstar support or steam GTAiv game forum, if they even know all of this, someone might know that.
