Need Help with my Prepaid Card

Hello,today i bought a 50$ mastercard prepaid card.
I tried multiples times to buy games on Steam or Gog,but it always says that "the bank blocked it".
Do you know how to make it works?

Have you activated said card?

If your Gift Card was purchased at Mastercardgiftcard.com, in most cases, the Card is ready for use immediately. You can also activate your Gift Card and check the balance at https://balance.mastercardgiftcard.com or by calling the toll-free number listed on the back of your Card. You will need to provide your Card number, valid thru date, and security code located on the back of your Card.

This was a "Vanilla" prepaid card.
I went to VanillaPrepaid.com,put the card's information,so i think i activated it.
(I tried to look at my balance on matsercardgiftcard.com but it says that there was an error,and i tried 5 times)

Have to contact the bank if thats the message. Usually a number on the card. If your unable to check the balance on the card then the issue is with the card, nothing to do with steam.

Again, contact the card company. If you can't access the balance its a card issue. No one can assist you other then them. For all you know the store never even activated the card.

I used them before time to time.

1. When buy one, you have to ensure they scan the card. Their store has to ping out to the company to activate your card.

2. You have to register your card online to use for online use, that include name, address, and postal code, follow instructions.

3. Enter in exact details at checkout, you put on the card.

Any other issues you have to contact card company.

You could try linking it to bank transfer, and do it that way, I done it that way few times, using like PayPal, check the checkout page to ensure that is a payment method before linking card to bank transfer, if don't see PayPal as an option on Steam or gog for you then not for your region.
