no clip jumping & mousebinding issues

I'm new to csgo and trying to practice grenades in solo practice but can't seem to jump when I activate noclip which allows me to fly around, when i undo the bind noclip command, I can jump again. Any tips on how to solve that issue? 2nd question is what command to enter to bind mousewheel up&down to primary & secondary weapon rather than go through grenades & knife?

You can't jump when using the noclip cheat in any game because when noclip is activated the controls are changed. With noclip activated jump causes the character to fly UP instead of jumping. Can't do both. Practice your grenade tricks without noclip.

For the mousewheel thing try going in to the settings for the game and setting the controls as you want. Changing the controls in settings won't change the controls for noclip mode.
