Purchased GTA 5 whale shark bundle and I'm not sure how to get the extras off of it

So I made my first purchase on this account. I never had GTA 5 on steam so I was starting off as a brand new player. Anyways, I purchased the bundle that had the game + criminal enterprises + whale shark card included, however I never got my money nor the enterprises pack. I'm not sure how to redeem none of that. Can anyone help me out?

Click the link in the 1st post, it explains what you get with the criminal enterprises, for the whale shark card that just GTA 5 money that it. These things are for multiplayer GTA 5, not the single player campaign. If having issues, contact rockstar as only they can help if there an account issue.

I have the same problem and made contact with Rockstar just so they could ignore me and not do a f#@$&ng thing...
