Invalid SSL Certificate
"The SSL certificate for https://store.steampowered.com/ is invalid and the page will not be loaded (error:-200 status:3)."
first, I wasn't able to open steam because "no internet connection" despite the fact that i am connected to an internet and able to open browsers. Then i was able to open steam and i got this message when trying to open the store, then i tried to open my profile, community, no shot. still sending that error. there is also a problem in the mobile version, tho it's just a blank screen and not showing any error. the only one that works is the web one, and also why do i need to use a vpn now to open steam web now?

your government has blocked steam, for not registering and acceding to certain demands by the 27th of this month


steam also wasn't the only one, you will have problems with a number of services now, last counting both paypal, epic, and amazon among them, twitch didn't register yet either

I would be hesitant to speculate on whether this is a long term problem. It's a legal and trade issue, it may be resolved shortly, or it may not I cant predict the involved parties moves


historically the last time this happened, it wasn't blocked for long there as steam came to an agreement with your government, but this situation is a little different
