And the thing is, the account still exsists its there so how would i be able to get it back...
it sounds like you have access to your account, so you should only need to the first part. check in your accounts purchase history to make sur that this is the right account. if someone has removed the games from your account, you can ask to ahve the reinstated. i think you have to do each individually, but i am not sure
Steam doesn't go by email for login, it goes by login name.
If doing password forget, or recovery on account it offer search by email, or phone number, and likely the hijacker change those on account. Do account recovery, put fake email into search, so fail the search, you see blue box appear below say if want to search by account login name, click it, then type in account login name to search for it. If don't remember your login name, check your email for, and look for your account login name. Once found account, click no to all questions, until get to password page, click I forgot password, now you be at the form to fill out, and wait for support to reply back to you.
Do account recovery. Read above this quote what I told Op to recover account.
I can also see 2 games in my liberary it says ''From liberary (My main account)"
go to your name at the top right. click it and then go to account details then purchase history

For older steam accounts the login IS your email as the login name came later.
Then your on the wrong account

Okay just went on that link with all emails i have and not a single one has a purchase history
There is one email i'm tryiing to use but it doesn't even let me reset the password on that one... And im stuck now cuz steam is telling my ive done to many reset attempts so i have to wait.

Yep so wrong account. You can contact steam support and tell them you forgot your account name and they can help you.
Don't really know how it could be wrong when those are my only emails...
But okay, how do i contact steam support? Cuz it just keeps sending me to the password reset???

check the key activations. it is right under purchase history. if there is nothing there, then it is the wrong account
