Can't create a new steam account
I want to make a new steam account, yet when I do the captcha and all, and click "continue" the page reloads and the captcha is undone, in a never ending cycle of doing captcha's

Try doing it with a different browser, i.e. if you normally use Chrome then try Edge, if you normally use Edge then try Chrome.

tried with Im using opera GX, tried with edge and chrome same results

Why make a new account? It's a waste of time to be honest. Everything can be done in one account.

to make one for my girlfriend as she's kinda bad with pc's but wants to start playing games

well yes, I've stopped every kind of adblocker and vpn my gx had (they are kind of automatic) don't know why it wasn't working with chrome firefox and explorer tho
