Valve will probably update the timestamp to not be a 32bit integer. When they switch it to a 64bit integer, then your ban will go to 15:30:07 on 4 December 292277026596, which I think would be hilarious. I'd also be happy with 04 Dec 292 Billion AD.
To topic starter. You'd have to do quite a lot to get a permanent community ban. We're talking repeated community bans at various length.
If you really haven't gotten any of that, you should contact Support because it might have been applied in error.
