Community ban warning

Ive received a warning on steam on my main account after i insulted someone under my own profile who kept insulting me (at least thats what i think the reason is) and ive received an account alert in form of a community ban for it. I think its just a warning because it says that once steam support answers me i will be unbanned but ive tried contacting them for 3 days now and nobody has answered yet. From what ive read they would just unban me after a few days without saying anything but im really worried since my account is worth 1400€ in games and i cant play many games (e.g. counter strike) because of the community restriction. I would just like to receive some information from any of you guys who have had experience with this. **This suspension will be lifted on January 19, 2038 at 04:24 AM Is what it says if i wanna customize my profile btw**

That is a permanent ban and not given lightly. Do not expect that one to be revoked.

Usually it requires multiple violations to get a permanent community ban.

Valve will probably update the timestamp to not be a 32bit integer. When they switch it to a 64bit integer, then your ban will go to 15:30:07 on 4 December 292277026596, which I think would be hilarious. I'd also be happy with 04 Dec 292 Billion AD.

I thought it was a bit weird that the ban lasted around 16 years which is an unusual number.

To topic starter. You'd have to do quite a lot to get a permanent community ban. We're talking repeated community bans at various length.

If you really haven't gotten any of that, you should contact Support because it might have been applied in error.

I really havent. Its my first sort of warning or any type of even ban (including game bans). I hope its just temporary since the majority of people who have had this problem have automatically gotten their accounts unrestricted again without a single word from steam. My problem is just that steam isnt replying to a single one of my tickets.

I hardly think so since i havent received one yet and ive heard about people who have just had their profile unrestricted again after a week or two. And since the alert even states "The account will have restricted functionality until you've contacted Steam Support. Interacting in the Community, trading, using the market, making changes to the account, and playing on VAC-secured servers will all be unavailable in the meantime." i highly doubt that its permanent. I just gotta get them to answer me.

*update* Ive now received a message when trying to contact steam support and it says that i cant request any more tickets of that sort of topic (being that they completely screwed me over).
