Did you possibly refund the game and forgot?
https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpWithGame/?appid=251570
- Do you have more than one account for some reason? If so go login to the other account. If you don't remember, what accounts you had, check all your emails for Steam receipt that has 7 days to die in it, and read the account name it is for. If you happen to not remember login details for your other account that has the game, do password forget for it.
- Did you family share with someone for it, and forgot you gave it to them?
As far as I can see the account only has one game own, I can't see what games it has, because you have games set to private on profile.
^This, did happen to forgot you refunded it? Check your purchase history.

As Dr.Shadowds asked, does the game show up there?
Click the link.
Is the game listed there?
**** your library, it doesn't matter right now.
7 Days to Die - $26.86
I suspect you at some point removed the game from your library. But that can easily be reverted
Try this link:

Does it offer an option to restore the game?
If you're viewing the Steam Community through a web browser, if you click View my Profile in the client (drop down with your name in the upper right), does it display the exact same profile as the one in the web browser? (If you're viewing the Steam Community through the client, you should be ok anyway)

Just trying to eliminate stuff.
