I don't know why we're only able to search by game and not by specific item.
I also don't know if the items in artist profiles will ever be broken up into individual pieces, it doesn't seem likely. However when these artist and game profiles were introduced we weren't able mix and match, when you assign a profile set, it was all or nothing back then.
But now you can break them up in your profile edit and choose which of the set to use and mix with other stuff, so who knows what will happen in future.
Since avatars are generally 2,000, then 5,000 isn't that far off, provided that you like the profile colour theme as well, on the off chance that you might use it too.
Other than that I'd agree that it's not worth to spend more than twice the cost.
There is a way you have to do this.
Use a web browser and type steam insert games name
Example steam game Chernobylite on web browser
You will see the games store page upon clicking it.
Copy the url for the game and paste it somewhere.
store.steampowered/app/1016800/Chernobylite/
Now copy this and paste it somewhere
https://store.steampowered.com/points/shop/app/
Now copy the app ID from the game you want into the link
https://store.steampowered.com/points/shop/app/1016800
Then open the link
https://store.steampowered.com/points/shop/app/1016800
Now it should show you the game you want in points shop if the game has nothing for point shop, nothing will pop up.
For a specific item though, you would have to know the games name. If it a Artist thing you might just have to buy the whole thing you don't have to equip the other stuff though.
Edited to add: Alternately, if you own the game you can just go directly to the game's Points Shop items directly from your library. There is a Points Shop link in the ribbon menu just under the Install/Play button on the game page: https://i.imgur.com/dVscAxe.png
The Artist Profile named Graveyard Smash was one of four made for the Halloween Sale 2021. Items belonging to Artist Profiles have not, yet, been made available for individual redeeming.
Ahhh I don't really want to buy the whole thing wish they break it up in the future.
Is there somewhere to send a message or to leave a suggestion to moderators to break them up for individual redeeming ?

There is no guarantee that it will be implemented by suggesting it, but that would be the place to do it.
