Sometimes there is no 'log off' time in the login history. Is this normal?

Title pretty much says it all but let me be more clear, some of those are logins which are missing a 'log off' time are weeks, even months old. And I know for a fact it was me loging in, from my device. And if I logged in later from the same device, I can see a new login in the history but the previews one still doesn't have a 'log off' time. I just found it strange. Perhaps steam glitching? Or is it something to get worried about? Also its worth saying that this doesn't happen all the time, it hapens rarely, like I saw less then 6 or 7 in the last 2 month which are missing a 'log off' time.

And it will remain happening, as it's related to the backend and server hiccups/maintenance. For me, most of the ones that have no logoff times are the ones when server maintenance happened or I know Steam was down for a (sometimes very) short time. A few I can't remember, but nothing to worry about.
