My account is offline

I’m sending this on my phone because my pc for some reason says it’s offline, I tried to turn it online but it didn’t work. I have internet so what wrong?

I had this issue a while back, what you have to do is go to account settings.
Click on "account" at the top left corner of your steam and then go online..

Note-: it might sign you out,so just sign back in.

There’s no error it just keeps saying my accounts offline whenever I try to do anything that isn’t my library, Also when I try to open games it says I’m un synced

if u had windows 7
then u need update some certificate in OS
