Portal 2 for Nintendo Switch - Final Room Glitch / Bug

I purchased the Portal Companion Pack for Nintendo Switch, finished Portal 1 and am at the final room for Portal 2. When I get to the spot where Wheatley should start talking he doesn't and the door to that room won't open so I'm completely stuck. This seems to be a problem that other people are having as well (see - https://www.reddit.com/r/Portal/comments/vvu6zt/portal_2_for_switch_final_room_glitchbug/) but unlike others re-loading the previous save (it only stores the last 2) doesn't fix the issue for me. I can't find any option within the Valve help system to contact them about this. I'm hoping someone has either figured out how to get past this bug / glitch or can point me to a way to contact Valve about this so they can put a patch in place.

Imagine spending 10+ hours playing a game, being able to see the final boss through glass and having there be absolutely nothing you can do to get there and finish the game. It is *super* frustrating.

@Cathulhu - I've been through every option in the menu on that link and can't find any path that leads to a way to actually reach out to Valve. Any ideas?
