How do you report a player for cheating if the report feature does not work?

I go to the cheaters profile.
I click the report player flag.
Nothing happens.
Waited a day..still nothing.

Anyone got a solution to how you can report a cheater. I have video evidence.

you report them in game. No company takes outside evidence as "proof" of cheating because its too easy to fake

The game has no in game reporting feature to my knowledge.

Then you go to EA and complain to them, reporting their steam profile will do nothing. Valve has no power over EA games

After you click the "report" button, you click "block" on the player and move on, because whatever happens after that isn't your problem.

Nor would it, its the old Command and Conqure, and as far as I know none of the have anti-cheat rules to start with so if one cheats on it you just leave the match and go to a new one, its been like that for..idk how long
