If you already got the card drops for the game, then there no more card drops for said game from playing it.
Since both games also dont appear in your GAMES list on your profile which usually means your account does not own them.
You dont get any card drops for playing games via Family Share.
I also checked, so it seems you're family sharing, as in order to get card drop for said game, need to own said game.
The games are not in your library. They're in the other person's library that you're family sharing from. Yes, you can download and play the games, but only when the other person is not playing. You're also not eligible for card drops for this reason unless you buy your own copy.
Yet those games are not listed in your account as games you own. Did you buy those games directly from Steam, or from somewhere else? I can see it says you played Creepy Tale 2 today, but the game isn't in your library. This usually only happens when you are playing via family sharing.
Maybe there's a delay, though I've never heard of that happening. Check later today or tomorrow and see if the problem persists. Usually card drops only happen after a couple hours of play.
