how does one get back a deleted screenshot?

i uploaded a screenshot, however i accidently deleted it and i want it back
is there anyway i can get it back?

Check recycle bin.
Use undo delete ctrl Z or rightclick the area in folder undo delete .
Or rightclick empty space>properties>view previous version should show several folders as various dates containing your files intact, windows keeps a temporary copy of all the files accessed recently

I think they're talking about screenshots through Steam, e.g. deleted one off Steam's cloud server/on their account Screenshot section.

There's no recovering that exact post, especially if your intent is to return the comments/upvotes/etc, If you haven't cleared your screenshots left then it's possible it's still in your screenshots folder, but if not then it's likely gone.

On the top left menu of your Steam Client, View->Screenshots, if you haven't deleted it from there then you can reupload it.
