Can a game be gifted with a wallet balance?. A friend of mine abroad was going to buy me a digital gift card. He had no balance. He did the procedures for the digital gift card gift and made the payment at the final stage. There seems to be a problem, it was writing something like try again soon. The money he wanted to add was added to his wallet. However, he had invested the money to buy a digital gift card. Can't gift now. We tried to find another solution. games can be gifted using wallet balance

because of people trying to abuse the gifting system, an account may get flagged and blocked from gifting till steam support reviews the account and removes the flag. some accounts will not get the flag removed.

if the message says to contact steam support, then steam support is the only one that can assist

wallet funds cannot be used to gift digital funds

games can be gifted so long as the price difference between regions is less then 10%.

If the game is 10% cheaper in Turkey, or even more than 10%, than it is in Vietnam it cannot be gifted. Or vice versa obviously.

In other words you can't get a game gifted from someone where the game would be a lot cheaper than it is if you bought it. The reason is to avoid abuse.
