Sea Of Thieves Account Problems
Alright, after going through rare support and not getting a ticket, then through Xbox support and being directed to steam, I can't find any support tickets here so I'm resorting to this forum.

I have nearly 300 hours in Sea Of Thieves, I haven't played in a while but decided to redownload it, I went through the logging in process and everything and I come into the game with a completely fresh character, no currency, no experience, no achievements Nadda, I have no idea how to get my old character back, I wanted to see if steam could find my old account and direct me because at this point I'm lost on what the issue is.

guessing, I have no idea if im on the wrong account because I cant find which email it WAS on, but this is the email xbox said it was

did you buy the game more than once? if not, it would not show up in your library unless that is the account you used

i do not play sea of thieves. do they store anything on their side, or is it all on your pc?
