Steam Support has been ignoring me for 5 days, what more can I do? (missing Steam Deck)
My Steam Deck order got lost a week ago, I have been in contact with FedEx, and within 48hrs, they declared it was lost, and to have steam resolve the problem.

I've sent steam support updates, a FedEx case number, etc, and they won't reply. In their last message to me, 5days ago, they said "if you still do not have your package by the 31st, contact us again for further investigation."
That is today, and no replies.

I'm feeling rather anxious that my $700 order is just gone, and I'm being ignored, and I am completely powerless to this situation.

Is there anything else I can do?

You wait for their response now. They haven't been ignoring you for 5 days, they told you that you need to wait a few days and then contact them. Normal procedure because lost packages can be found.

So you've already let them know its still an issue, now you just need to wait.

Well, as of right now it is still the 31st in many parts of the world so the day is not quite yet done. And if your quote is correct they've asked YOU to contact THEM once the 31st has come and gone and you haven't gotten your package.
