Can you as a game developer who published his game on Steam can make a DLC as a gift cards like in Kinguin and etc.. Also if my game cost money can i and other retailer sell it in Kinguin sites and etc... as a gift cards if yes What is the proccess to do it ? There is any guide to make your game as a gift card ?, As you can buy other games in Kinguin and also steam Wallet code. Thanks in advance for reading my post.

Game developers on Steam can generate Steam key(s) for their base game and DLC if they want. Don't know what you mean by "gift cards".

Game developers can sell their games anywhere as long as they follow the rules laid out in their contract with Valve.

no gamedev in their right mind would be selling on shady cd key shops that actively rip them off, under cut them, then lie about selling stolen keys

No i didn't mean that.. what i mean is there is almost everygame selling in 3rd party site and wanted to know the legit/legal proccess for it as a game developer.

A) Are you asking how do you get Steam keys for your game, to sell on sites?

Or

B) Are you asking how someone add funds to Kinguin wallet, if that someome bought your DLC?


If it A) you talk to Steam about that they issue keys on your request, but I wouldn't use gray market to sell your games, I suggest trusted retailers such as indie gala, fanatical, humble bundle, or etc...

If it B) not possible, and I don't think Steam will be on board with this either, as might seem like money laundering, or asking for major abuse when people do refunds, or such, as well other issues as Steam does not work with Kinguin.
