Can't synchronize cloud

No matter what i do, i can't synchronise the cloud for a game. I don't know how to reset it, i don't care about the files. Other games work just fine.

I had a problem a couple months where my entire steam cloud was busted as hell, no game synced at all and it was awful. Here's a site that recommends some things to do,

Remove the spaces in the link above.

Solution 3 worked for me, but I did lose some minor data like keybinds and screenshots after doing it so I would recommend you try other solutions first.

I'm not sure what happened.

-I moved all my games to another folder
-I uninstalled steam
-I deleted Oxygen not Included
-I deleted the Steam folder
-I cleared user / local/locallow/roaming, for both
-I removed the registry entries for both
-I reinstalled Steam
-I downloaded ONI
-I LAUNCHED ONI, it told me on a loop i might lose game data, with or without cloud enabled.
-....
-I deleted the saved files from document and it worked.
