problem is why will they explan it better then they sell all model.
ps.
then gamers start to learn it, you need to read things and decipher what they mean.
and to many steam user defend lowend pc, because thats what they got, and feel offender if other has diffrent opinon. ( you can find 1000 of steam post with that,not what you was hope for then you bought that pc. )
ps.
and stop think i have anything againest old or slow pc, you adjust and buy games for that.
but i dont argue with what top model ( highend gameing pc I7 and I9 and what ever comes after this. ) and not
so many get it wrong there is a new ways in what is best highest I##, we cant fix what you have bought , we can only warn the next steam user. ( who cares and hope for not make same mistake. or have to live with what they have now, untill next new pc. )

i disabled gpu acceleration and it added about 50 fps
