ETS2 STEAM FORCES ME TO USE OPENGL!! :C HELP PLEASE

Hi guys
I tell you that I have a problem starting ETS2 with Steam, when I click on the green "play" option, Steam tells me to choose between starting it with OpenGL or Directx but it only lets me start it with OpenGL. I have tried using safe mode and others and nothing.
I've been trying to solve this problem for almost a month
I have tried to put "dx11" in the conf.cfg but it was already there. Anyway, everything stays the same
I tried to update my drivers and still ETS only starts with OpenGL
I bought the ETS2 a long time ago and have never had this problem.
Please help me. Most bus mods come out black for me.

What video card do you have and is it DirectX11.2 capable?
