ZTE 5G telecom router

Hello dear friends, I have a big problem, for 3 days I use a pure data sim from the telekom with the ZTE 5G sim router, unfortunately steam can not be connected online via the steam client but can only use it offline, from time to time it goes again but then I get no achievements, I have temporarily used the ZTE box, with the DSL from the can everything worked perfectly, has anyone had the same experiences and could help me?

According to the web I have already changed a few settings, a day later it went strangely but on the same day I had the problems again in the evening.

Call your service provider. Them making Steam not work with is on them so it's up to them to fix this.

It's not the answer you wanted, but the answer you needed. It's not uncommon for mobile providers to block some services or not being full compatible.

You can try adding the google DNS server to your network settings. (8.8.4.4)

You could try a VPN service. (I've used mullvad.net, one month is 5 euro)
That way your internet provider cannot see that you are using Steam, so if they deliberately block steam you might be able to bypass the block.

Is it so far outside the realm of possibility for you that you won't even contact them to see if they are interfering with your ability to connect with Steam?
