Fps drops no reason, need help '-'

(only games with joypad) I start a game, fps drops fast till I press a random keyboard botton. It seems good but no, fps drops again and again, I'm in loop :')
I think probably steam is the problem, because I tested same game in different platform and it's only on steam.
Someone can help me?

Oh sure, I have ryzen 7 with GeForce gtx 1660 super. And the problem is with any game with joypad, like dragon ball, brawlhalla, elden ring, fall guys, gta v, tekken and so on

I tried and it gives me same problem

I also tried to play in offline mode but do the same (= cpu 100% + fps drops) till i press any button.
I really don't know what i could do. Has someone any solution?

Try this, go to Steam settings disable Steam overlay, launch game, if it same issue then this isn't a Steam problem, this would mean something else going on.

All games you listed above is only on Steam. Not sure how you're playing them somewhere else.

If issue still there, then means either you have something hooking into the game, overheating issues, or something going on your backend when running said game. Is this by chance a laptop, or a desktop?

Can try running MSI afterburner + Rivaturner, and setup to show in-game peformance hardware status, want to view CPU, GPU, and RAM for Teamps, usage, and frequency.
