Help ERROR: The specified profile could not be found

Good morning, i was updating my profile info and now all i am getting is the error message: The specified profile could not be found. This is my own profile on my own account. Is there a fix for this?

You can't fix server issues.

How to do i do that, i have been trying to figure out how to contact support for days. it keeps sending me to the menu and i cant get anywhere.
