Gift game disappeared after I changed my reigion.

I was in Malayasia several years ago and my friend send me a game (terraria) at that time. Now I moved to Japan and changed the store region to Japan. The game (terraria) has disappeared from my libarary! I understand that I moved to the higher price regin, but Valve took away the game I already own, even though it was a gift. Did you guys meet similar situation with me? So now if I wanna play this game with my friend. I need buy it by myself?

i did not install it at that time. I have many games, most of them did not installed or played after purchase. so I guess i didnt play it. So this is the why it disappeared, right?

Yes i can see the game is in your inventory. After getting the gift, you should have activated the game and added it to your library. If you did, it would be in your library and be playable anywhere in the world.
