Press Windows Key + R, type cmd, ENTER and run:
You can also write the output into a file for better searchability ^^
To cancel press CTRL + C
Let this run and when you are noticing disconnects, look into it =)
Do you have stable internet? Such as randomly lose connection in other apps, and so on, example discord where lose connection for a second or voice become rebotic to them hearing you, if happens then connection not stable. Either got crap internet, or using cheap bad wifi adapter.
Have you flush out your network on your PC?
Run CMD as admin, and input each one at a time, then restart PC to take full effect.
netsh int ip reset
netsh winsock reset
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /registerdns
Have you rebooted modem and/or router?
Are you using VPN, proxy, or custom DNS service?
Done this and the ping is constant and no drops, never had issues with my internet.
I did all these commands recommended from a website, its ethernet I use which is very stable, download/upload and never have any other issues with anything else, twitch runs fine while watching streams, youtube, spotify.. and discord (im normally talking to friends while I get kicked out of Conan exiles) no issues whatsoever with my internet(also did what I said above - constant pinging to google) and yes I've restarted the router several times to no avail, I also tried disabling anti-virus/firewall and allowing steam through the firewall(which it was already allowed)... no avail :(
I dont use any VPNs, proxys or custom DNS's - I wouldnt know how to use these lol
The only thing I have not tried is changing ethernet cable but with no other issues with the internet I'm not sure this is even worth trying.
update*
I reinstalled steam today, I played conan exiles for 3hours and wasnt disconnected even once during playing so I presumed it was fixed, however I noticed about 15minutes ago steam disconnect/reconnected... so I guess the issue is not fixed :(
