Custom mouse keys

i have a Redragon M908 IMPACT MMO Gaming Mouse with 12 Side Buttons and i was wondering if there was a way to customize the side buttons to a new key, like how some mice have mouse-4 and mouse-5, i was thinking that there might be a way to set mouse-9 or something like that for all of the side buttons

i used to have one. doesn't it come with software to do that? i thought it did. if not, check their website to see if thwy have aprogram you can dl. if they don't, there are third party programs tht will let you set your keys. you will jsut have to google which would worl best for you

they do have a software and i have it, i see the option to change the mouse button, but not change it to a custom mouse 6-12, i know foward and back counts as mouse 4/5, but i dont know what counts as a mouse 6-12

Games are sometimes hit or miss about recognizing infinite number of buttons. I tend to bind my extra keys to other buttons. Like I use page up, page down and end for what would nominally be mouse-6, mouse-7 and mouse-8. That generally negates extra mouse button issues, and I get quite a bit more use out of those lesser used keyboard keys too.
