I didn't get my in game currency (Still Wont work)

Today around 5pm I decided to but £15 worth of auric cells for dead by daylight and because I didn't have any money in my steam wallet it I had to add £15 which I did and it took the money out of my bank but I'm sat here 4 hours later still waiting because I thought it would be a issue with the games servers or something but no steams has used the money I put in my steam wallet and not given me the credits if someone knows how I can get in contact with steam at all I would be very grateful or if anyone can offer some advice

Was the transaction successful, or does it show as pending?

yes because money has come out of my bank account and from my steam wallet and if i go on to purchase history then it says it has spent the money on the currency but i don't have it still

okay i played one game and then the currency appeared but as soon as i enter the shop it disappears im so confused if you want proof i can stream on discord or send a screenshot of anything you need

From this description it sounds like a sync issue in the game. Have you tried asking somewhere related to the game?

yes i have i have emailed the creators of the game and will see what they say to me
