2022, still Steam-Discord linking account problems.

And i'm pretty sure it's not discord side since I had no problem with youtube and twitch links.
I tried however to reinstall both, to link them thru the webpage.
Any other suggestion? May it be the authenticator the source of the problems?

1. Visit https://steamcommunity.com/ via browser, and login to your Steam account.

2. launch Discord, and login, > Settings > connections > click on Steam icon > it open your broswer, and you click login.

That was it. If issue keep going this is a discord problem they have to fix themselves.

Nothing can be done about it if there a problem via discord as that be discord issue.
