Ethernet disables Steam

I recently started using cable network because my Wifi was really bad, and I found out that if I used Ethernet, any Steam related stuff: games, client, apps and even the steam internet.
It just give me:

Error Code: -101
Unable to connect to server. Server may be offline or you may not be connected to the
internet.

But when I use Wifi its all back to normal again, I checked the firewall, cleared the caches, any solution i found on the internet ive tried.

What else should i do?

Has this issue happened only a couple times or pretty often? Steam goes on a maintenance break every Tuesday which may explain why you lost connect to servers.
