can't install demo games

i can't install demo games from steam page. when i click on download button it just refreshes the page that i'm in.

I think the steam servers are down so you can't download games. (I also can't download any demos)

I downloaded a lot of game (Demo) and then when I tried to download two free games I got this "error". I think the steam servers are undergoing maintenance this week

seems to be working again, just downloaded another demo no problem

Disable the antivirus program then download demo.

Seems like a temporary glitch. I was getting kicked back to the store page when trying to install a demo a couple hours ago. Just tried with Terra Nil and it installed just fine.
