Download Speed Problem ( Windows 10 )

Hello.. help me.. I'm from Romania and my Speed internet download VERY SLOW only on steam.. i using windows 10 and laptop asus F550J. My internet Speed is good and on another programs downlaod with 10-12 mb/s and on steam on day with 2-3 mb/s and at night with 300-600 kb/s

Then it's your ISP throttling your connection to Steam. Valve has hundreds of terabytes of bandwith at its disposal.

but.. my friend with net from RDS , UPC , etc download steam with 10+ mb/s .. i think is problem from me

Is the Laptop connected via Wired or Wireless?

quite a lot of people are having issues with download speed for the past few days might be a bug in steam or they messed something up on their servers

Identify your Wired LAN Adapter; go get the latest official driver for that.

Slow downloads can sometimes be Windows Updates working in the background, you can turn that off by changing your Network Adapter to Metered Connection.
