should i register with my steam account on green man gaming ?

i want to buy battlefield 1 on GMG.
and i would just like to know whats the difference between registering with my Steam account or just making a normal account. whats the pro's and cons. and will registering with my Steam account on GMG create any problems when trying to activate BF1 key on Origin ?

its safe to register on gmg with steam open id pro is same like when u use google+ or fb to login its easy to log next time
+sometimes there is some offer in joystick award etc if you play certain game you get credit back in gmg acc(which need steam acc registered to track game process,
+ no it wont create any problem with your bf1 key for origin.

GMG just uses Steam's openid to identify and link your Steam account. It's legit.

There is no such thing as a free credit card.

credits, not credit card.
its like getting points and using them towards a purchase.

I just made a separate GMG account. I tend not to link accounts unless there is some reason for it.
