Cannot buy item in dota2 market

Yesterday i buy 100 ph steam wallet load and i intended to buy muh keen gun and other item but it say that i am unable to buy. There is a certain message i didnt remember it all. please help or any suggestion. Thanks

1. You must have a valid steam purchase that is between 30days and a year old with no recent chargebacks or payment disputes.

2. Your account is limited.

3. Your are logging into the market from a device that not been protected by the steam guard for 7 days.

The wording is fairly plain. You need to have a Steam purchase between 30 days and a year old. Adding funds to your Steam wallet counts*, but you still need to wait 30 days before you can use the market.

The other two conditions also need to be met.

This is true if you use a credit card, PayPal, etc. but not wallet codes. Those are redemptions, not purchases.

The first thing you need to do is spend the equivalent of $5 USD on Steam:

100 Philippine Pesos is just $2 USD, so you have another $3 USD (roughly 150 Philippine Pesos) to spend before your account will not be limited. You can spend it by adding money to your Steam wallet, buying a game or movie, or completing an in-game purchase.

You also need a purchase that is at least 30 days old to use the community market. However if you use a Steam wallet code, that will not count as a purchase.

How about buying or downloading free to play games or movies sir? Or i need to spend steam load to buy something in steam so that i will be able to purchase at the market? How about directly purchasimg battle pass sir directly is that okey so that i can buy already? I am being damn i thought if i load using steam wallte i can directly buy item at the market sir :(.

If you fund your wallet with 250 pesos using a Steam wallet code, you will still not have completed a purchase on Steam and will not be able to access the community market. If you fund your wallet with 250 pesos using a credit card, PayPal, PaySafe, etc. then you will only need to wait 30 days.

sir can u give me a suggestion. do i need to buy or purchase a games or movies that are worth 5 USD in order to me be able to buy an item in dota2 market. Or i can add my steam wallet load until i reach let say 300 pesos steam load in my account? i have already have 100 ph load and i will load another 200 ph so that i am know able to buy? is that right sir?

the thing is dont want to buy games or movies in steam all i want to buy item in dota2 cuz that is the main reason why i invest money in my account. im so disgusted with this. i hope u can give me more comprehensive suggestion and i dont have pay pal or any visa card im just ordinary using steam load sir. thanks a lot.
