HELP fps locked at 60fps

i really need a help here,
i used to play csgo at 120..but it can go about 220 with high Settings...i locked it with -fps_max 120 so my notebook won't overheat
and dota 2 can go about 200+ also with high settings and i locked it at 120 at frame rates limit
after windows and nvidia updates..my fps locked at 60..dota 2 works fine with 60 fps..
but not so well with csgo..it feels like a bit delaying...
i also play on my PC that had low-end specs but i play it smoothly no lag etc.
please help...what should i do..

Couldn't find what? The GameDVR?
You have to load up the Xbox App first; it's preinstalled in Win10
Then go to Settings

I have never use xbox app before...not even logged in into it..so how do i turn it off?

tried turning it off through registry..still the same..battlefield 4 fallout 4 tomb raider and fifa 15..all run at 60 FPS..i just want more...

Uninstall addon GPU Software and see (such as EVGA Precision, MSI Afterburner, etc.)

If still can't address it, DDU out your GPU Drivers/Software
