Steam client service (32 bits) cpu usage

Guys, i need help, srsly, i started my pc today and checked out it something was using lots of cpu, opened task manager and it was steam client service 32 bits, using around 30% cpu, aint a virus, my pc thats weak, nah, i have a i5 4440 and a 8gb memory ram so it shouldn't be using that cpu, but i srsly need help, i want to know if u guys had that problem and fixed it, or know how to fix it
