Ps,use a cable ie rj45 not wifi.
Normally I am getting around 3-4 Mbps, but I haven't tested it in a while.
Currently the speed test says I am getting 0.23 Mbps, but this is not what I normally get. I think I'm going to contact my internet provider.
Still only 375kB/s very slow.

Im afraid you'll have to just wait it out or invest in faster internet. Im not sure where you live but here in the Uk we get 50 Mbps average and I get 220 Mbps here in the countryside. Some places can hit 1Gbps+ if there are the right providers
That's what I have and Verizon loves throttling on the weekends. Nothing over 450mb/s today, so far.
