Steam won't uninstall my games
Steam won't uninstall certain games like Night in the woods or AC Odyssey.

Whenever I try uninstalling any game, the uninstall pop-up glitches into the top left corner of the steam app and then just keeps going forever. I have to alt-f4 that window to get out of it.

I have tried reinstalling steam, deleting the folders linked to the game, which just get installed again, turning off updates but nothing works.

Does anybody know a solution for this?

you're not providing enough info. what happens when you try uninstalling those games?

Have you tried running the Windows Control Panel Uninstaller if it appears in the list that is?

Close Steam and try that way above. It should run Steam during the process and after uninstall complete it should close Steam.

Was the games installed to a different directory maybe?
If you have little to lose then try Uninstall Steam this way if you haven't seen it.

If I uninstall games through the control panel it just takes me to the steam uninstallation which glitches again
