What makes you think those are the same?

And no, your laptop is not even remotely good enough to run Black Ops 3.

I didnt asked about black ops 3, I asked about modern warfare 3

Your CPU & GPU seem to be on par with the Core 2 Due E6600 and the 8600 GT listed in the game's "System Requirements." However, I would assume that this is the minimum system requirement and might require running the game at lower resolution and low graphics settings.
