Steam videos load as links

Steam videos load as links

So basically me and my friend use the steam chat to send some random videos (not yt, just drag and drop the video into the chat window) and they load as links for my friend (mine load normally), does anyone have/hads this problem and is there a fix?

ive enabled cookies, including "UTM" ones. the "Don't embed images and other in-line media" is turned off. and im still seeing my uploaded clips as links

EDIT: hitting "ACCEPT ALL" and restarting steam fixed the issue.
