Steam client crashes on second restore backup.

I already sent what little I could to Steam support but sadly it lead to another issues because for some reason I am unable to allow it to send the required information they ask for or any other files in the request so I decided to explain the issue here and see if others are having the same issue and if anyone has figured out the solution or if its a problem with the client itself.

So the Issue I have found is fist of all easy to avoid its just inconvenient for anyone who is reinstalling steam and has a few games to reinstall from backup.

The issue itself is that after you have ran Restore from backup once regardless of if you fully install the game or app or if you cancel it, the next time you try to restore from backup in that same session the client will crash when you hit next after the acknowledgement screen of the game or app you chose to install.

Is anyone else having this issue? And does anyone know if it's a Hardware/software setup issue or a client issue?

If your Steam got itself hung up mid-restoring after you canceled, the solution would be to fully reset that Steam of yours.

Close Steam, delete everything in the Steam folder except SteamApps and Steam.exe, doubleclick that Steam.exe.
