Missing a lot of CD-keys from my account

I was looking for my battlefield 4 cd key to redeem the game on origin because it asks for it so i can actually play the game, just to realize that i don't have one / it's not an option when i right click on the game from my library. I did a a sweep of my library to see that a bunch of other games don't have their required CD-keys (ghost recon future soldier, stalker and so on.) EA support directs me to steam support and vice versa. I'm stuck right now and i don't know what to do

if you got the game through origin's game pass thing then you won't have a CD key available for it, cd keys are only for games you bought and if you've had and played BF 4 all this time then you would've already used your CD key on the game.

furthermore, you can't launch the origin version without Steam if you got it from Steam, it will check for your license availability on Steam rather than Origin so you need no CD key.

I purchased it from steam and not from the EA play pass thingy, i reinstalled it a couple of days ago and origin asks me for a CD key now. GTA 5 for example still has the CDkey option saved even when i have it activated.

Battlefield 4 never had a CD key on Steam.

To redeem games from Steam to Origin, you need to link accounts, once linked, games you buy should automatically add to your Origin account that it, if not, you should download game via steam, launch it, and should get a pop up from your origin client asking if want to link account, or add to your origin account. Please note this is a one time, if you happen to link it to another Origin account, you have to login to that other origin account you had link it to in order to play your game from Steam.

Nope, i have been using the same account and when i reinstall the game it asks me for a CD-key.

Nope, i have been using the same account and when i reinstall the game it asks me for a CD-key.

You reinstall it from Steam itself, yes? You can't launch it through Origin without Steam.

Try verify game files. Ensure that origin is up to date. If still having problems, contact Origin support as they can help you out in this area.

Also do you see copy for BF4 in your origin account?

Reinstall Origin and make sure you have the newest version. An outdated Origin usually causes this issue.

Yes i do, but i can't seem to launch the game through steam.

You using Origin, or new EA client? I haven't tested new EA client because I heard it has problems, and had to stick to origin to launch game from Steam.

Anyways if still having issues contact Origin they can help you as they have access to fixing the problem on their end.
