The prime account is active on a permanent profile. It cannot be deactivated. The
you should be able to recover your games by going into your account and looking through your purchases. i think you can select them from there and restore them to the library
if you have not already, you should make sure to do all of these

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a trusted/clean computer.
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

Stop using scam sites.
I can see some of them in your name history.
It can be removed like any game.
1. Go here https://help.steampowered.com/en/
2. Scroll down and enter the name of the game in the search bar.
3. Click on the game.
4. Select "It's not in my library"
5. Select "Restore the previously removed package to my account"

im currently silver master but it says i have to buy prime i read on google that the scammer changed my mobile number and thats how he disabled my prime status
Prime hasn't required a number in over a year.
