The prime account is active on a permanent profile. It cannot be deactivated. The :steamy:account automatically saves your prime settings

for the prime, if it is a monthly thing, i would think that you would just need sign back up

you should be able to recover your games by going into your account and looking through your purchases. i think you can select them from there and restore them to the library

if you have not already, you should make sure to do all of these

DO NOT TRADE
many scams try and scare you into trading your items and they get hijacked

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/

2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage

3. Change passwords from a trusted/clean computer.

4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage

5. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

Your comments section. There's your imaginary hacks right there.
Straight of the bat your account is untrustworthy to most user's with common sense.
You should change that, mess.
