I want special pricing for Azerbaijan on Steam. Here in Ganja city of Azerbaijan, the salary we can get the most is 300 AZN and this is 177 dollars. All of the current games start from 60 dollars to 40 dollars and these games are starting to become a dream for us. please give special pricing for Azerbaijan

Correct. For example, Cyberpunk 2077 costs about 30 USD in Azerbaijan.
I'd have to pay double of that in Euro to get the same game.

Keep in mind that developers/publishers set the pricing. So if they ignore the advice by Valve and set a higher price, your complaints should be directed at those developers/publishers.
