Can't leave a review on anything!
I've played at least 10+ hours and I've only managed to find out that I can only view that it's in my library, but no button or box for me to give my feedback on either games. This is the same on mobile, not just on desktop.

Is there a minimum requirement or is this some form of bug, 'cause it's been like this for about a month for me. I've been getting nothing but wish-washed answers and unclear instructions because of said problem.

If you play as family sharing, the account most likey not able to write review.

I think I saw very few games could write review even family sharing though.

Yes, I've went to the game store, I've went to my library and tried right-clicking the game(s): Tell Me Why and First Snow, but nothing. I own both games and I don't share an account. I'm in the US. For TMW, I've only un-installed it after playing to leave a review, so I don't know if that really matters.
